Phipps Conservatory, Pittsburgh, PA

On July 15th, 2020, we made a visit to the fantastic Phipps Conservatory, located in Schenley Park, in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA.

Having grown up in Pittsburgh, I fondly remember Phipps as one of my favorite places to visit.  Fortunately the years have been more than kind to Phipps, as it is now even more wonderful than it was when I was a child.

Which way should we go?

Due to the stupid Corona virus, we all had to wear masks while in the conservatory.

Who are those masked ladies?

Ruby Falls / Rock City, Part 2

Part two of our trip to Chattanooga, Tennessee in early November, 2017.

Rock City is spectacular, so please bear with me as I post a ludicrous amount of pics:

As if this wasn't enough, on the next day we made it to the fantastic Tennessee aquarium!

Land Whale spotting!

Oohh ...... that's creepy!

We finished up our trip with a visit to the Tellus Science Museum, which is located a few miles northeast of Atlanta, right off I-75.
